This is a Pediatric textbook prepared by the Indian Academy of Pediatricians. It looks like an Indian equivalent of Nelson's, though quite shorter, Nelson's is just huge. It can mainly be used as a reference book as OP Ghai is sufficient as a pediatric text for Undergraduates.
